The fun starts when 200 tons of imported sand is dropped on Hampton Beach and the “Grady Bunch” starts pounding up the sponsor site. The entire area is illuminated for
night viewing through June 26th. Watch Greg Grady and “The Grady Bunch” build a mammoth Sand Demo Site. View all entries online on this website or watch the progress by visiting our website here. The competition has seen international attention and is by invitation only. The event is funded by the Hampton Beach Village District and Sponsors, in cooperation with The Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce and The NH Division of Parks.

SCHEDULE FOR 2024 MASTER SAND SCULPTING COMPETITION:
- Fri. - Mon., June 14-17 – Massive 100 Ton Sponsor Site Created
- Tues., June 18 – Sponsors Grand Finale with a Master Group Carve
- Weds., June 19 – Masters Pound Up and Sponsor Sculpture Viewing
- Thurs., Fri., & Sat. - June 20-22 – Solo Competition $25,000 purse and entry awards as follows: First Place $6,000; Second Place $4,000; Third Place $3,000; Fourth Place $2,000. People’s Choice Award $1,000. Non-placing competitors receive $1,500. There is also a Sculptor’s Choice Award that is only a prestige award, granted by their peers, that has no monetary prize.
- Sat., June 22 – 1:00 – 3:00 PM Voting for People’s Choice Award.
- Sat., June 22 at 8:00 PM Awards Ceremony on the Sea Shell Stage. Special Fireworks Display at 9:30 PM.
- The entire area is illuminated for nightly viewing through June 26th.
- T-Shirts on sale in limited supply across from the Seashell Stage at BZ Beach Supply!

Subby will be doing demonstrations at the tide line in front of Bernie's Beach Bar (approximately 73 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, NH) at the tide line, from 9:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. He will also be doing "Pop-up" lessons. Subby will be teaching, as time permits, how to transform your sandy "canvas" into your very own work of art - at least until the tide washes it away! All ages are welcome.

Held tentatively (TBD) September 14, 2024, our Annual Fire Show is going to look a bit different this year with an additional act onstage, featuring a choreographed LED performance and music on the Seashell Stage, followed by a slightly shorter-than-usual show on the sand. Following the stage activities, you'll want to make your way onto our sandy beach near the playground for a blazing hot performance! Let the Boston Circus Guild’s fire performers delight and amaze you with a fully choreographed, high-energy, live display of the fire arts. The show features flame-wielding performers who spin, juggle and dance with blazing props.
These daredevils combine jaw-dropping stunts, graceful movement and just enough comedy to create an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.
