HAMPTON BEACH VILLAGE DISTRICT
2024 WARRANT (2000 & 3000)
TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE HAMPTON BEACH VILLAGE DISTRICT QUALIFIED TO VOTE IN DISTRICT AFFAIRS:
You are hereby notified to meet at the Hampton Beach Fire Station located at 119 Brown Avenue at 1:00 PM on the afternoon of Friday, March 29, 2024, to cast your ballots from that hour until at least 7:00 PM in the evening for the following offices:
ARTICLE I
To choose by ballot: (1) Commissioner to serve for three (3) years; One (1) Moderator to serve for One (1) year; One (1) Clerk to serve for (1) year; One (1) Treasurer to serve for (1) year; and One (1) Supervisor of the Checklist to serve for (3) three years.
You are also notified to meet at the same place at 7:00 PM on the evening of the same day to act upon the following subjects:
ARTICLE II
Shall the District vote to accept the budget, as set forth on the budget posted with the Warrant pursuant to RSA 32:5, IX, to raise and appropriate the sum of $62,000 for the Hampton Beach Village District, General Government (Exempt) budget purposes, in addition to any amounts that may be approved for special articles?
ARTICLE III
Shall the District vote to accept the budget, as set forth on the budget posted with this Warrant pursuant to RSA 32:5, IX, to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,007,650 for the Hampton Beach Village District, Culture & Recreation (Non-Exempt) budget purposes, in addition to any amounts that may be approved by special articles?

To Make Village District Treasurer an Appointed Position.
