Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 25 – September 5, 2024 promptly at 7 a.m. on the beach south of the Seashell Complex (near the playground) for Yoga lessons on the beach. All levels are welcome. Students will need to register for classes on the Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness website, www.hamptonbeachyoga.com before class, using the coupon code FREEYOGAHBVD. Classes are provided FREE, courtesy of the Hampton Beach Village District, and these classes are lead exclusively by the team at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness. Limit: 2 FREE classes per person, per month.
