World Oceans Day Celebration with Blue Ocean Society

• 9:00 a.m. – Run for the Ocean 5K (walkers welcome)
• 10:30 a.m. – Beach Cleanup
• 12:00 p.m. – Live music featuring Hilton Park band on the Sea Shell Stage

Run for the Ocean!
Our day kicks off at 9 a.m. with a unique 5K race that is half on the beach, half on the boardwalk! Walkers are welcome. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the beach and Route 1A, all to benefit our mission of protecting marine life! Grab your friends, family members and co-workers and sign up now! Prizes will be awarded to:
Fastest runners in each age group
The participant that picks up the most litter during the run/walk!
The participant that raises the most funds for Blue Ocean Society (you'll receive a link to a personal fundraising page when you sign up. This is optional, of course, but participation is much appreciated!)  Participants will be able to pick up bibs on Friday, June 3 in Hampton or on the morning of the race.

Beach Cleanup
Following the race, we'll have a beach cleanup at 10:30 AM. The cleanup is open to anyone - families, individuals, large and small groups welcome. All supplies provided!

Live Music
The fun concludes at 12 p.m. with live music from Hilton Park on the Sea Shell Stage!  Join us throughout the day for family-friendly activities near the Sea Shell stage and at our Blue Ocean Discovery Center!
