We are now offering Yoga on the Beach! Work on your strength and mobility while gazing out at the sea before you. Take in the ocean air as it becomes a part of your breath. Stretch on the sandy beach and enjoy the tranquility of the early morning hours as you find the inner peace of body, mind and spirit. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 17 – September 4, 2025, promptly at 7 a.m. on the beach south of the Seashell Complex (near the playground) for Yoga lessons on the beach. All levels are welcome. Students will need to register for classes on the Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness website, www.hamptonbeachyoga.com before class, using the coupon code FREEYOGAHBVD. Classes are provided FREE, courtesy of the Hampton Beach Village District, and these classes are lead exclusively by the team at Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness. Limit: 2 classes per person, per month.
