The 14th Annual Hampton Half Marathon & 5K is returning to Hampton, NH, on March 28, 2021 (previously April 25, 2021) for another memorable day of beautiful Atlantic oceanside running on a course famously known as flat, fast, and fun. After soaking in scenic seacoast state park views and the quirky Hampton Beach seacoast vibes, runners will be rewarded with stylish swag and plenty of healthy and delicious snacks!

The Hampton 5k is one of the most scenic road races in New England! The course is comprised of the first 3.1 miles of the half marathon course, The course now begins on the beach at Hampton Beach State park - at low tide.  You will run about 1/2 mile on the beach on hard packed sand then run out of the Hampton Beach parking lot onto Ocean Boulevard and finish on the Boulevard between the A and B street signs.

The 5K will start before the half marathon this year.
