9:00 AM: Run for the Ocean 5K: The unique race is half on the beach, half on the sidewalk. Enjoy beautiful ocean views the whole way! Put together a team of 8 or more and receive a $5 discount on registration! We’ll have great prizes, including prizes for fastest runners, biggest fundraisers, best costume and most litter picked up during the race.

We’ll be awarding prizes to male and female winners in ages 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over. We’ll also award prizes to the runner/walker who picks up the most litter during the race, best costume and the individual and teams who raise the most funds for for Blue Ocean Society using their PledgeReg pages!
