Hampton Historical Society
Learn more about Hampton Beach and Hampton Center at the Tuck Museum on 40 Park Avenue. The museum complex consists of five buildings, housing exhibits, artifacts, and information on all aspects of the area's history. The main building houses exhibits and a research library. Other buildings include a 1930s beach cottage, a 19th century one-room schoolhouse, the Leavitt House Barn, and the Seacoast Fire-Fighting Museum. The Tuck Museum is open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 1-4PM; other hours by appointment. Adjacent to the museum are playgrounds and picnic areas. 603-929-0781
